We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Account & Purchases

  • To order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details.
  • Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
  • All embroidery designs, product images, and content are owned by XXXIII STUDIO. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and inclusive of GST/SST (if applicable).
  • Prices are fixed and do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Billplz, GrabPay). By purchasing, you agree to their terms.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • We ship via partners (e.g., Pos Malaysia, PosLaju, etc.). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • We aim to ship orders within 24–48 hours (weekdays).
  • Once a tracking number is issued, delivery timing is controlled by the courier service.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost in shared areas (mailrooms, guard houses, or office receptions).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content are owned and trademarked by frrck.com (XXXIII STUDIO). Unauthorized use (including copying embroidery designs) violates copyright laws.

  • Use bots/scrapers to steal designs or data.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to shipping carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).
  • Minor variations in embroidery color/placement due to production processes.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
