Refund/Returns Policy
At frrck (operated by XXXIII STUDIO, CT0147551-K), we maintain high standards of quality for our embroidered apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@frrck.com or via DM on Instagram.

Please include clear photos of the issue and your Order ID.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you in these specific cases.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design:

The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, FPX, or E-wallet).

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Deduction: For orders that utilized our “Free Shipping” offer, a standard shipment fee (e.g., RM7 for West Malaysia) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the original logistics cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or washing.
