Ordering & Payments

Browse our collection, select your size and embroidery design, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is completed.

We accept FPX (online banking), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets (GrabPay, Boost, Touch N’ Go) coming soon. All transactions are securely processed through trusted Malaysian payment gateways – Billplz Malaysia, Stripe Malaysia.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase at hello@frrck.com for cancellation requests (not guaranteed).

Sizing & Fit

Check out our Size Guide (linked on each product page and Measurement Guide).

We use pre-shrunk cotton to minimize shrinkage. For best results, wash in cold water and air-dry.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia, and Singapore.

We offer FREE shipping to West Malaysia only.

For East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) and Singapore, fee will be calculated during checkout.

For Malaysia we use :
MELplus by Pos Malaysia / PosLaju.
 
For Singapore we use :
Aramex International, SF Express, NinjaVan International.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

– West Malaysia: 2–5 business days.
– East Malaysia: 5–7 business days.
– Singapore: 2–5 business days.

Yes! A tracking code/number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Not at this time. We focus on careful craftsmanship and quality control for every order which consumed a little more time.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@frrck.com with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.

Unworn items: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days if tags are attached (if any) and the item is in original condition, the item MUST be unworn for hygiene matter.

– Contact us by e-mail here or DM us on Instagram with your order ID as title followed with your enquiry (return/exchange). 

– Once the return is received, inspections will be processed accordingly.

*Please note that customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returns & exchanges.
*For free shipping enjoyer, total refund amount will be charged accordingly to customer who enjoy free shipping offer, for example, RM79 + free shipping offer to West Malaysia, total refund will be RM79 – RM7(standard shipment fee) = RM72.

Product Care & Embroidery

  • Machine wash cold 30°C, inside-out to help preserve fabric integrity and prevent shrinkage. 

  • Avoid bleach, ironing directly on embroidery, and tumble-drying.

  • Air-dry flat to preserve embroidery quality. 

In short, just common washing method will do.

Our designs are crafted with industrial-grade threads and reinforced stitching, paired with up-to-date Japanese technologies. With proper care, they’ll remain intact and vibrant.

Company & Sustainability

We’re a small team based in Penang, Malaysia, crafting quality and timeless pieces for everyday wear.

Yes! We use 100% organic cotton and non-toxic threads. Our packaging is recyclable and reusable plastic.

Every piece is ethically crafted in Malaysia by well-trained staffs in Penang, stitches used for embroideries are mainly made and imported by Japanese technologies, while some materials may covered by various countries.
